the doctor is in

today marks my billionth day in a row of NOT training for the 3day. steve and luanne's exodus from the city last weekend (and also the blazing temperatures) started me on a downward spiral that has yet to be stopped. will i be able to get back on track?

in other news, i arrived at work on monday to find my office "door" decorated like this:



i took a picture, which would be much more enjoyable than the image above, but i haven't bothered to get it off of the camera yet. sorry. the good news is that i have received multiple offers for change and that i have collected, thus far, an entire nickle.
