Monday's News

1. So far we have two posters who have neglected their duties. I don't know if they are trying to get the "Valiant Effort" 5-Iron Award, but shoddy blogging does not qualify.

2. Missy and I spent some quality time together. I think I waited too late in the afternoon to go feed her, as she ate a lot too quickly and barfed it up. Tomorrow I will go visit in the am and again in the pm, giving her one scoop each time. She did let me hold her, although it was not her favorite thing.

3. Molly has a new alarm clock. You'll have to ask her about it, or read it here, should she decide to return to the posting fold.

4. Sam and Netty are in Disney World, or so we think. There has been no news on any of their blog sites.

5. I cleaned out the tool part of the pantry. Again. I hung new shelves, which may help. What can I say - it seemed like a Monday thing to do.

6. Maribeth seems to be on the road again. As far as which road, who knows?

7. Molly and I bought lottery tickets. If I win, Nashville gets a new Sounds stadium, and everybody who contributes to this blog gets a new car.

8. Molly ate at Dairy King today. She had a veggie plate and fried mushrooms. She was excited.

9. Tonight I watched "The Hills" and "Dr. 90210." My remaining brain cells hurt from doing so.

10. Today I did not have to start a new school year as a teacher, which is a very good thing.
