i learned this little tidbit from my reading for class today:

"We offer three forecasts for the future of psychodynamic psychotherapy...The treatment focus will eventually shift from the traditional neurotic conditions of anxiety and phobic disorders to characterological disorders, such as borderline and narcissistic personality disorders."
