Ten Things I learned playing golf with Peter, Benjamin, L, Bob, Kenny, Ron, and Steve

1. Peter (from Singapore) runs a sushi restaurant with Benjamin and his brother L in Orlando. It's called Tomo and is located in Metrowest. This was their best year ever with all the Holiday parties.

2. Peter likes the US because you can go anywhere you want to in this country.

3. Peter used to live in NJ, but now lives in Kissimmee.

4. Bob is retired from the VA, he lives in Long Beach, MS and is Kenny's father in law. They are here as part of a time share tour. $900 gets you 5 days and 4 nights, two tickets to Disney, 2 tickets to Universal, 2 tickets to Midevil Knights, and 2 rounds of golf. Plus unlimited putt putt at the timeshare.

5. Bob and Kenny spent $45 on beer. I spent $3 on iced tea. I won.

6. Kenny runs the Maaco car painting business in Gainesville. His body shop man passed his drug screen with his probation officer by buying a urine masking agent from a head shop for $100.

7. Ron is 75 and is retired from the Army. Steve runs the Goodyear store in Anniston, AL. Cash sales go directly in his pocket. He charges $60/hr for labor except for Gov't work which is $68.

8. Ron would rather look for golf balls than play golf. So would I. Some days.

9. Steve would rather fly out of Birmingham than Atlanta even if you have to change planes in Atlanta because there are always 500 people in line in Atlanta.

10. Playing golf at Christmas time in Orlando is fun because of the people you meet that ordinarily you wouldn't.
